Life-saving skills in a single day.

EFR Training in Hurghada — First Aid and CPR

Emergency First Response (EFR) is PADI’s first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training, open to everyone, whether they are divers or not. In one day, you will learn how to respond calmly to a medical emergency: assessing a victim, performing CPR, and managing bleeding, shock, or common injuries. This is a valuable skill for you, your family, and your loved ones, and it is also the mandatory prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course.

The EFR (Emergency First Response) course is your first step toward safety, whether you are a diver or not. In just one day, you will learn first aid and CPR techniques to respond to emergency situations. This certification is required for the Rescue Diver and Divemaster levels, but it is also a valuable life skill for everyday situations.
